- Product MUST be in original condition and have all documentation and warranty cards included without modification. Damaged or modified products will not be accepted for refund. (shipping damages should be addressed to the shipping carrier)

- NO product will be accepted without prior approval.

- We do not reimburse original or return shipping charges.

- We cannot accept COD's.

At our option we may repair or replace failed product. No product will be accepted for warranty repair or replacement if product fails due to abuse, alteration, misuse, neglect or accident.

ALL returns must be pre-approved and sent freight prepaid to our offices. Packages sent freight collect will be refused..
